TRD GT3000 Supra: A Rare JDM Icon Reborn in Europe

Few cars carry the same mythical weight as the Toyota Supra—and even fewer reach the level of exclusivity found in the TRD GT3000 widebody conversion. Built to echo the spirit of Japanese GT racing, the GT3000 package transformed the already legendary Supra into something far more aggressive, rare, and purpose-driven.

From Japan to Belgium

Originally imported from Japan to Belgium in 2008 by Kevin Bertels, this Supra began its second life far from its homeland. What followed was a no-compromise transformation into a fully built, modern-performance machine.

Built Engine, Built to Handle Power

At its core is a fully forged engine setup designed for serious boost and reliability.

Fuel system highlights:

Triple Walbro 450 fuel pump setup

Dual AN-8 feed lines with return system

High-capacity fueling for extreme horsepower

Supporting this is a water-methanol system with twin 1000cc injectors and a custom 30L trunk-mounted tank—keeping temps low and performance consistent under pressure.

Turbo Setup: Engineered for Power

7375G compact turbo (1.01 A/R)

Custom manifold with billet collector

TiAL 60mm wastegate

Massive GReddy Trust intercooler (6-inch core)

This setup is built for serious power while maintaining efficiency and response.

Advanced Drivetrain & Paddle-Shift Control

Converted to a ZF 8HP70 transmission by DomiWorks Engineering, this Supra blends modern tech with classic JDM DNA.

Steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters

Sequential-style shifting feel

Virtual clutch system (dctPPF)

Built for Strength

Custom 64-inch aluminum driveshaft from Driftshaftstore

Big GTE differential upgrade

Everything is reinforced to handle extreme power delivery.

Custom Wheels: Built, Not Bought

Sitting perfectly under the aggressive GT3000 widebody are fully custom-designed wheels:

T6 6061 forged aluminum construction

One-off, in-house design

Engineered for both strength and lightweight performance

These aren’t off-the-shelf—they’re purpose-built to match the car’s presence and performance.
